What happens after I purchase?
You will be contacted with instructions on how to setup your Azure environment to support the Power BI Proxy tool. Once you have completed these steps, you will work with one of our team members to deploy the tool and get the template reports running.
The total time to complete this is about 4-8 hours.
What do we get with the purchase?
As part of your purchase, you will receive:
- Proxy layer service deployed to your Azure environment.
- All the Power BI Reports.
- 4 hours of installation and report support.
What if I have questions or need help after deployment?
We have various support options available that you can purchase. Once you have been verified, you will be invited to the github support page that contains all the documentation for the product.
What if we need custom services or authentication?
We are happy to entertain requests for additions to the base product, be aware that some of these requests may require additional service and support charges.
